Come out and join, resident gym rat, or rather dragon, Guil Slimdrake to discuss bringing fitness and healthy life style choices to your daily activities.  We will discuss the basics of caloric intake, various forms of exercise, nutrition, and putting it all together to achieve any goal one can set their mind to!
Also we will cover how to stay motivated and focused on your goals while avoiding unhealthy shortcuts.
No body shaming tactics will be used either, this is purely informational if people want to delve down this route for their own personal reasons.
